Christmas is coming fast now!

First weekend in December and I have I finished another little Christmas ornament yesterday. This one is in cross stitch.

It was fun to make this one. When I saw this one next to the embroidery ones, I realized I can't stop at just one, so next up is the mouse king!

I'm also chugging along on my Swedish wool embroidery project too, so an update on it will be coming very soon. I'm playing around with some needle felting on the side also. Always lots and lots to do!  :)

I took this picture the other day from one of the bedroom windows. I think there must have been at least 10 bull finches out there - a new record. They are such beautiful birds. The male is red, the female brown. In the winter they form little flocks, but during breeding season, they only hang out with their partner, the rest get chased off.
